We ship all orders from our SWISS warehouse. Pick & pack time from our warehouse is 2-3 business days
US - STANDARD | FREE 3 - 10 business days
US - PRIORITY + INSURANCE | 12 USD 2 business days
EU - PRIORITY | 21 USD 3 - 9 business days
WORLDWIDE - PRIORITY | 31 USD 4 - 15 business days (VAT/Tax may apply)
Please note, shipping time does not include weekends and holidays.
MAIOCCI is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship WORLDWIDE our products from the US. Any other destination will be subject to customs and or VAT/Tax depending on their local regulations.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay any customs duties or VAT/Tax when ordering abroad and receiving goods from outside of their country.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
When your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your shipping. You can track your order HERE by entering your tracking number.
YOUR ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
This can happen from time to time during the shipping process. Please email us directly at BY CLICKING HERE and we will help to make it right and get you a replacement immediately.

We accept most major credit and debit cards; Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
RETURN
14 DAYS RETURN
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your order.
Email us at hello@maiocci.com to start the return process.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a full refund:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we unfortunately can not issue a refund.
RETURN POLICY & PROCESS
In order to return an order, please contact us first with your oder number and receipt to obtain an RMA # number.
Please note: assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Please provide valid tracking no. hello@maiocci.com otherwise we are unable to connect your return to your case.

All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we unfortunately can not issue a refund.
It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return (excluding warranty).
Please note, that we will not refund any of the shipping costs or tax payed.
Ensure that the goods are properly packaged. If the product is found damaged we then may reject a refund.

Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 10 days to show up in your account. Credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please follow the instruction in the section RETURN PROCESS above.
All returns need to be shipped back to the Switzerland.
International customers must return with shipping mark DDP. Any duties/tax that may apply from the return shipment crossing the border will be deducted from the refund.
REFUNDS
